Roger ClarkRoger has 33 years of experience in the mechanical trade including design, engineering and installation. He has been a lead superintendent of field installation and 18 years in sales, project management, estimating and design. Roger has been involved in over 100 medical projects with design sales and project management.

Dan Daly P.E.Dan has worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the HVAC industry since his graduation from the University of Dayton. He started his career at Kohrs Lonnemann Heil Engineers, PSC, where he worked as a lead mechanical engineer on over 150 commercial, healthcare, educational, civic and retail projects. His responsibilities include full design and commissioning of all mechanical systems, management of clients, scheduling, recording, and follow up of all meetings, and the organization of various office personnel/assets, including the management of the mechanical engineering cooperative education department. In February of 2008, Dan joined the Commercial HVAC team as the Engineering Manager, taking a lead role in bidding, design and commissioning on all work, including design-build, design-assist and plan-spec work.

Andrea LuckAndrea started with Cinfab in 1997 as an Administrative Assistrant. In 1998, she assumed the duties of Human Resource Administrator for Cinfab and in 2000, she became the Director of Human Resources for the Grote Companies.

Bill Wolf Bill has over 20 years experience in the mechanical trade. He is experienced knowledge in all facets of Commercial HVAC's work including the installation of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and process piping. He has managed projects ranging in size up to $2,800,000.

Sherry RitterSherry has over 20 years in the field of Engineering Consulting and Design Build, including 12 years experience as CAD Operator and designer. She is experienced in Document Management, Design Coordination, and Procurement.

Steve SmithSteve has over 19 years experience in commercial HVAC design/build construction industry. He spent 16 years at another Cincinnati area HVAC design/build contractor in various roles from entry level draftsman, to engineering design/build, to project management. For the past 3 years, he has been in his current position of HVAC Systems Designer for Commercial HVAC.

Andy St. ClairAndy has over 5 years in HVAC business. He started in 2002 as a co-op draftsman for Benner Mechanical. He was hired on full time shortly after that, working directly with their engineer. He started off doing mostly HVAC piping design for large commercial companies as well as some industrial applications. After about a year of working mostly with piping, Andy started working with the design team for the airside. He worked with them until September of 2005, when I came aboard the Commercial HVAC engineering group.
