Bob has 30+ years of experience in the HVAC industry from the field to the boardroom. His experience includes drafting, estimating, engineering and design, project management, sales, sales management, and personnel management. The majority of his focus in the HVAC industry has been on the design of systems and explaining the benefits of these designs to customers looking for a professional Design Build Contractor.
Mr. Stiens' extensive industry experience includes clean rooms in the semi-conductor industry, surgery centers in the medical industry, manufacturing and distribution facilities, low and high rise office buildings, high rise condominiums, office / warehouse facilities, research laboratories, churches, hotels, schools, theaters, and assembly / conference centers. He is also knowledgeable about HVAC piping and process piping, as well as sheet metal and air flow.

Andrea LuckAndrea started with Cinfab in 1997 as an Administrative Assistrant. In 1998, she assumed the duties of Human Resource Administrator for Cinfab and in 2000, she became the Director of Human Resources for the Grote Companies.

Rod RitterRod has over 37 years experience in the HVAC field. After starting out at King Heating and Air Conditioning for two years as an installer, he worked at Perfection Heating and Air Conditioning for 25 years, starting as an installer, and after two years was promoted to Field Supervisor.
Mr. Ritter hse been working at Commercial HVAC for over 5 years now, first as a field supervisor and now as the Field Manager.

James PottsFollowing his graduation from Purdue University, James worked for ERMCO Electrical Contractors and Engineers in Indianapolis, Orlando and eventually Cincinnati. He joined the Grote Family of Companies in 2003 as the Manager of Construction Planning, assisting all companies with scheduling, labor planning/tracking, budgeting, cost control, and project management. In January of 2007, he joined the Commercial HVAC team and assumed the role of Director of Operations. His responsibilities involve overseeing project management and field operations.

Chip BranscumI currently manage a group of engineers and designers with responsibility for design-build projects for the Grote Family of Companies (Commercial HVAC, Cinfab, TJ Dyer). I assist in the pre-design phases and marketing of design-build projects as well as scope definition for budgeting and value-engineering solutions for plan-spec projects.
I have overseen cost-effective designs instrumental in current design-build project commissions including The Ascent at Roebling’s Bridge, Columbia Sussex World Headquarters, Crème de la Crème day care, Alkermes Headquarters, and recent award-winning Crossroads Church Expansion of 3,500 seat auditorium.

Bob WaltersBob has over 21 years of experience in the HVAC industry starting in the field as a foreman. His experience includes drafting, estimating, engineering and design, project management, as well as managing business, sales, and business development. His career has taken him through all aspects of mechanical contracting leaving him with a comprehensive knowledge that he uses now to help build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
One of the most important aspects of Bob's position is to insure that we are living up to our commitments while maintaining our core values and beliefs as a company. In doing this, he measures our success by our repeat business and our positive reputation.

Andy St. ClairAndy has over 5 years in HVAC business. He started in 2002 as a co-op draftsman for Benner Mechanical. He was hired on full time shortly after that, working directly with their engineer. He started off doing mostly HVAC piping design for large commercial companies as well as some industrial applications. After about a year of working mostly with piping, Andy started working with the design team for the airside. He worked with them until September of 2005, when I came aboard the Commercial HVAC engineering group.

Steve SmithSteve has over 19 years experience in commercial HVAC design/build construction industry. He spent 16 years at another Cincinnati area HVAC design/build contractor in various roles from entry level draftsman, to engineering design/build, to project management. For the past 3 years, he has been in his current position of HVAC Systems Designer for Commercial HVAC.

Bob CartwrightBob has over 38 years of Mechanical Design, Engineering and Installation experience including 6 years as a Design Draftsman, 16 years as a Facilities Industrial Engineer specializing in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, 6 years as a Project Manager for a major controls company, and 10 years as a Project Manager for HVAC Installation Companies.
His experience includes drafting, engineering and design, project management, personnel management and cost accounting. He has successfully managed projects in churches, retail, schools, government and industry. He is versed in Environmental Health & Safety, OSHA requirements, Hazardous Materials Identification and Abatement and held Dept. of Defense and Energy Confidential Clearances for 20 years.

Brandon EyerBrandon started with Commercial HVAC as a CAD operator. For the next couple years, h econtinued as the CAD operator and progressed into design and project manager assisting. The last six years have brought Brandon's progression from project manager assistant to a full time project manager and small sales. His experience includes drafting, engineering and design, project management, personnel management and cost accounting. He has success in sales and the management of a wide variety of projects including restaurants, condos, churches, retail, industry, and office spaces.
Bill Wolf Bill has over 20 years experience in the mechanical trade. He is experienced knowledge in all facets of Commercial HVAC's work including the installation of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and process piping. He has managed projects ranging in size up to $2,800,000.

Sherry RitterSherry has over 20 years in the field of Engineering Consulting and Design Build, including 12 years experience as CAD Operator and designer. She is experienced in Document Management, Design Coordination, and Procurement.

Laura KamphausLaura Kamphaus is a Mechanical Designer responsible for producing and designing HVAC ductwork plans and calculating heating and cooling loads. She has a special expertise in energy analysis of commercial buildings (per the state codes).
Laura is proficient in several computer programs, including Microstation, AutoCADD, Carrier HAP, Cook (Compute-a-Fan), EnvStd, Carrier AHU Builder, Costworks, and Comcheck EZ. She has worked on several building types, which include airports, barracks / dormitories, commercial / retail buildings, corrections facilities, garages, laboratories, municipal buildings, office / administration buildings, and daycare centers.
Brian PasturaBrian has over 23 years experience in the HVAC field. Starting out as a sheet metal fabricator, he then moved to the field installing and servicing projects ranging from Boilers, Chillers, Rooftop Units, Cooling Towers, Air Handling Units, refrigeration systems etc.
Mr. Pastura has been managing projects ranging from $200k to $5 mil for the last 11 years - ranging from some of the new Cincinnati Public Schools, (Woodward, New East End Academy, the New Midway High School and The New Shroder High School) to the New Columbia Sussex HQ, the renovation projects at the Hamilton County Court House and the Hamilton County 911 center renovation project.
