Doug’s career in mechanical systems construction and services has encompassed the entire breadth since 1981. He has held key responsibilities across the spectrum from project management, estimating, design, operations, fabrication, budgeting, quality assurance, scheduling, and business development to executive management.
Vice President of Operations
Rob joined Commercial HVAC in 1998 and has excelled in every aspect of HVAC installation, design, Project Management, customer service, estimating, sales and mentoring of our installation, service and maintenance crews.
Dan has vast experience as a mechanical engineer in the HVAC industry and takes a lead role in bidding, design and commissioning on all work for Commercial HVAC.
John, a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), oversees the safety procedures of all the Grote Family Companies, including Commercial HVAC.
The skills and experience gained through Jamie’s years of HVAC installation, start up and field leadership since joining Commercial HVAC in 2005 provide an excellent foundation for his ongoing career in Project Management.
