To be your employer and partner of choice across generations
To build exceptional environments for our clients, employees, and communities
We design and build industry-leading solutions that enable our clients to realize their vision and provide our employees with best-in-class opportunities to grow.
Our Core Values
As a part of the Grote family of companies, we ground ourselves in five core values and beliefs. These core values drive our commitment to customers and our business decisions.
PUT PEOPLE FIRST
We treat others as they want to be treated: with respect, integrity, and honesty. We never compromise on the safety, health, and well-being of others. Our employees are foundational to our success, which is why we invest in our people and communities.
ACT WITH INTEGRITY
We recognize that successful projects and relationships are built on transparency, character, and pride. Our founder’s legacy and reputation are everything, which is why we will not rest until our promises are fulfilled. Our decisions and actions are guided by an unwavering moral code and our faith in God.
LEAD BY EXAMPLE
We honor our commitments and take ownership of the outcomes. We recognize that we are accountable to our clients, our shareholders, and each other – and we act accordingly. We deliver solutions, not excuses. We do the right thing, first and always.
We set the standard by exploring new processes and emerging technologies to solve our clients’ challenges. We are forward-thinking, and we challenge the status quo when there’s a better way to do things. We champion continuous improvement for ourselves and our industry.
BUILD LIFELONG PARTNERSHIPS
We are in this for the long term, and we strive to build relationships that last with our clients and people. We treat every engagement as an opportunity to earn trust with win-win solutions and outstanding results. We listen to understand and embrace blameless problem-solving.
