Doug’s career in mechanical systems construction and services has encompassed the entire breadth since 1981. He has held key responsibilities across the spectrum from project management, estimating, design, operations, fabrication, budgeting, quality assurance, scheduling, and business development to executive management.
Vice President of Operations
Rob uses his 20 years of experience in mechanical trades to serve customers through project management, sales, estimating and design.
Dan has vast experience as a mechanical engineer in the HVAC industry and takes a lead role in bidding, design and commissioning on all work for Commercial HVAC.
John, a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), oversees the safety procedures of all the Grote Family Companies, including Commercial HVAC.
Tyler graduated with a BS in Construction Management from NKU and has a Kentucky Journeyman License and Universal EPA Certification. His past work experience includes roles in Estimating, HVAC/R Technician and HVAC Service Supervisor.
