Alliance Data
Year Completed: 2017
We had a big challenge on this tight-turnaround project located at Alliance Data’s location in Batavia, OH. The building’s rooftop HVAC system was aging, but the business couldn’t afford to plan an AC outage. We replaced the system and added a rooftop control system in a 24-hour turnaround. Our team worked over the weekend to minimize disruption, and operations didn’t experience any delay. Alliance Data was up and running again at the start of the business week.
Roudebush VA MRI, CT and X-ray Rooms
Year Complete: 2018
At the Roudebush VA Medical Center – located in Indianapolis, IN – we installed two Philips Ingenia MRIs and two CTs. Roudebush asked us to do the design and build and install an HVAC system to serve these specific rooms. To accomplish this, we installed owner-supplied chillers, chilled water piping and insulation, cryogen vents and insulation, Liebert split systems and refrigeration piping along with ducting, controls, equipment rails and registers.
Skyline Chili
Year Completed: 2017
Our task was to design and build an HVAC system in an already-operating Skyline restaurant in Kentucky. We built a system from the ground up and completed it in 4 months. To accomplish this successfully, we installed supplied chillers, cryogen vents, ducting registers and equipment rails. We completed this project in an efficient manner, while allowing the business to remain open for business every day.
O’Bleness MRI and CT
Year Completed: 2017
When installing the HVAC system for MRI and CT rooms, tight deadlines are typical. For this assignment, our team worked 4 months implementing a design-build project for OhioHealth O’Bleness in Athens, OH. We installed owner- supplied chiller, cryogen vent and installed Liebert split systems and controls.
West Chester Trade Center
Year Completed – 2022
From the fast paced construction of Distribution Facilities Core and Shell projects as well as the varied tenant fit up projects has allowed Commercial HVAC to work through many unique HVAC design and build challenges. Tenant requirements have ranged from tight temperature and humidity requirements, large process exhaust systems to simple storage facilities. Our design engineering staff has experiences with all HVAC requirements.
Church Foundation
Year Completed – 2022
Our task was to design and build a new HVAC system in an existing office building with reinforced concrete floors and roof, Brick on block exterior, very little room above ceilings and interior block walls located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. The owner wanted to ensure proper ventilation air was delivered to each room, expected system to be high efficiency and required multiple zones with individual control. We installed a state of the art VRF system with an energy recovery unit to provide conditioned ventilation air. Our customer is very pleased with the result, providing simultaneous ability to heat and cool allowing for individual comfort along with quiet, energy efficient operation.
Bowlin Group
Year Completed – 2022
A new build project with both corporate offices and truck repair / maintenance facility located in Walton Ky. As the owner’s vision for their facility evolved through planning and construction so did our design. Executive suites, exercise room, locker rooms and executive break rooms share the flexible control of a VRF system with high efficiency split system heat pumps serve accounting, training and support offices. The repair and maintenance facility uses waste oil from the trucks being serviced for heating.
